Great Water Group identified Lefkas as the most desirable location in Greece to build its portfolio of villas when Greece became a full member of the EC.

We build, own and run our own villas which have been developed to satisfy different styles of tourism. 
Villas Sikia, Lemonia and Kerasia are fully equipped for self-catering offering private pools and walled gardens.
Our flagship Villa Helonaki takes the luxury private villa concept to a higher level.
Even this will be upstaged by the splendour of Villa Helones which will be available for the 2011 season.
